Guidelines for Group Fitness Classes

  1. Please arrive to class on time. Please do not enter a class that has been in progress for more than 5 minutes.
  2. Please, no cell phones in studios.
  3. Water bottles and towels are necessary for all Cycle/Ride classes.
  4. All first-time cyclists must arrive 10 minutes early to class for set-up.
  5. Tickets are necessary for Cycle/Ride and for all aqua classes. (Tickets can be picked up at the front desk.)
  6. Bracelets are required for POWER and Ramping classes.
  7. *** denotes lap pool (deep water) classes.
  8. Please place all personal belongings in lockers – not the studios.
  9. We love having you in our class; however, if the class attendance drops to five students or fewer, we will have to adjust our schedule.
