PMC's Esophageal Program offers diagnostic and therapeutic services to manage virtually all esophageal problems. The program combines clinical expertise in areas such as esophageal motility disorders, gastroesophageal reflux disease, and Barrett's esophagus with cutting-edge technology.

Anish A. Sheth, MD, director of the PMC's Esophageal Program, brings his knowledge and experience with esophageal disorders to Princeton, NJ from Yale University School of Medicine where he was an Assistant Professor of Medicine and Motility Program director until 2011.

Patients who have difficulty swallowing or symptoms of heartburn are typically evaluated during a comprehensive office consultation followed by selection of appropriate diagnostic testing that can shed light on troubling symptoms and lead to successful therapy.
