Learn exercise and lifestyle management strategies to help improve pelvic pain at this six-week class designed for women experiencing pain in and around the pelvic girdle. Sessions will include education along with:

  • Stretching and gentle movement exercises
  • Yoga and posture
  • Breathing techniques
  • Mindfulness strategies

Please wear comfortable exercise clothing and bring water to hydrate. Exercises are taught by a Princeton Rehabilitation physical therapist who specializes in pelvic health. Participants must have their doctor's clearance to exercise. Click here to download the medical clearance form.
