Magnet® Recognition Preparation*

The Magnet Recognition Program® acknowledges healthcare organizations for patient care quality, nursing excellence and professional nursing practice innovations. Developed by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), Magnet® is the leading source of successful nursing practices and strategies worldwide.

University Medical Center of Princeton is one of only 400 hospitals in the world with Magnet® designation. PHI can execute a plan to guide your organization through the ANCC’s designation process.
