Jennifer LaFavers-Hollander, RN, MSN, CMSRN, CLSSGB
Director of Patient Care Services
Jennifer L. Hollander is the Director of Patient Care Services for Princeton Health. Responsible for the operations and strategic direction of multiple service lines, Jennifer is experienced in developing and implementing business plans that ensure the highest quality care, while lowering costs and eliminating waste, improving efficiency, and enhancing value to patients. Jennifer is a Lean Six Sigma® Green Belt and served as chairperson of the Patient Move Team for the relocation of Princeton Medical Center (PMC) to its new facility in 2012. In that role, Jennifer successfully coordinated the safe transfer of patients to the new hospital while sustaining a seamless process for the continuity of care. Jennifer began her career at Princeton Health in 2001 as a surgical unit RN and advanced to become Director of Nursing in 2010. She was since named Director of Patient Care Services for Princeton Health in 2014.
As a consultant for Princeton Health International, Jennifer recently worked with Aiyuhua Hospital for Women and Children in Beijing to design a classroom curriculum focused on the latest safety practices in obstetrics. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Fairfield University. She holds a master's in nursing from Walden University and is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, the International Honor Society of Nursing. Jennifer earned her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Villanova University.
