Vice President of Marketing and Public Affairs
Carol Norris-Smith is Vice President, Marketing and Public Affairs for Princeton Health. Ms. Norris-Smith directs a comprehensive marketing program, which includes advertising, publications, Princeton Health website, social media and call center, as well as media relations, strategic communications planning, and Princeton Health CommunityEducation and Outreach Program. Princeton Health’ marketing programs have received more than 60 national, regional and statewide awards, including a Silver Anvil Award of Excellence from the Public Relations Society of America. Princeton Health Community Education and Outreach has provided more than 15,000 screenings, lectures and other programs since it was established in 2003. Ms. Norris-Smith was formerly Director of Public Relations at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children in Philadelphia. She directed all public relations activities of this pediatric hospital, including the media relations program and the hospital’s involvement in all special events. Ms. Norris-Smith received her Bachelor’s degree from Temple University, PA.
