Strengthen and restore your posture, core and pelvic floor with this new 6-week class designed for new moms.
Postpartum Power
Participants should be at least 6 weeks post-partum. Sessions include education and specific exercises to re-educate core and posture. Classes are taught by licensed pelvic floor physical therapists. Babies are welcome!
