Get Balanced: Don't Fall

Each year, one in three people over the age of 60 experience a fall. Many of these accidents can be prevented with the right exercises and some simple changes in habits and environment. Attend this important session to learn how to improve your balance and what you can do to prevent falls. Balance exercises will be demonstrated, so please wear sturdy shoes and comfortable clothes. Class will be taught by Betsy Muessig, a health educator with Princeton HealthCare System and Matter of Balance instructor.
