Be Fall-proof: Get Balanced

Each year one in three people over the age of 60 experience a fall. Many of these accidents can be prevented with the right exercises and some simple changes in habits and environment. Attend this class to learn how to improve your balance and what you can do to prevent falls. Each class will include lecture and exercises, so wear sturdy shoes and comfortable clothes. Classes will be taught by by Carolyn Schindewolf, Health Educator with Princeton HealthCare Community Education & Outreach and Matter of Balance Instructor.
