Each year one in three people over the age of 60 experience a
fall. Many of these accidents can be prevented with the right
exercises and some simple changes in habits and environment.
Attend this informative four-part class to learn how to improve
your balance and what you can do to prevent falls. Each class
includes 30 minutes of exercise, so wear sturdy shoes and
comfortable clothes. Classes will be taught by trained facilitators,
with a special presentation by Linda Lucuski, MPT, Certified
MDT and Vestibular Rehabilitation Specialist, and Rehabilitation
Coordinator with University Medical Center of Princeton at
Plainsboro’s Outpatient Rehabilitation Network.
