On July 15 at 7 p.m., Princeton HealthCare System will host a live Web chat with Manuel Amendo, MD, FACC, board certified cardiologist, and you're invited. Every year thousands of individuals experience a myocardial infarction (MI) - better known as a heart attack - but exercising can greatly benefit the heart, mind and body regardless of whether you have experienced an MI or not. Dr. Amendo will discuss the role of exercise in preventing heart attack, as well as how exercise can benefit those who have already had a heart attack or cardiac rehabilitation.
