Many people turn to food every now and then for comfort during stressful times especially around the holidays, but routinely using food to quell uncomfortable feelings could be an early sign of an eating disorder that requires professional attention.

On October 8 at 12 p.m., Princeton HealthCare System will host a live Web chat with Sheri Solinski, LCSW, LCADC, Manager of Princeton House Behavioral Health Women's Programs, and you’re invited. Sheri will take your questions and discuss signs and symptoms of emotional eating, how to identify the cause of your stress, as well as relaxation methods that can help you combat emotional eating during the upcoming holiday season.

To participate, go to our UStream Channel at www.ustream.tv/princetonhealth on your computer, tablet or smartphone on the day of the seminar.

If you'd like to ask a question during the web-chat you can log in using your Facebook or Ustream account or you can create a new account. Alternatively, you can also submit questions in advance by sending them to PrincetonHealth@gmail.com
