Join us for an informative session presented by Nancy Rhodes, RN, MA, CDE, and Sandra Byer-Lubin, MS, RD, CDE, Diabetes Clinicians and Certified Diabetes Educators with the UMCPP Diabetes Management Program, to learn how to lower your risks of pre-diabetes and type 2 diabetes, how to reduce complications if you have been diagnosed with diabetes and how to incorporate low-glycemic index foods into your diet. Then take the American Diabetes Association’s brief diabetes risk quiz to determine your personal risk of developing these conditions.
