There are many important "numbers" that affect your heart health such as blood pressure, cholesterol, BMI, triglycerides, HDL, LDL and blood sugar. Discover what you can do to keep your "numbers" within a healthy range and which foods are heart smart with Alpesh B. Patel, MD, board certified in cardiovascular disease, internal medicine, interventional cardiology and nuclear medicine and Jane Schwartz, RD, Outpatient & Community Education Dietitian with University Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro’s Nutrition Program.

Following the presentation, participants will have an opportunity to taste some heart healthy cuisine. Please feel free to bring a friend.
