servings of fruits and vegetables every day. Join Jane Schwartz, RD, Outpatient
& Community Education Dietitian with University Medical Center of Princeton
at Plainsboro’s Nutrition Program, and discover a number of ways to work
vegetables into your daily menu, from hearty vegetable-based salads to soups
and stews. This program features a hands-on demonstration.
