UMCPP to Assist Individuals and Families Seeking Health Coverage

University Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro (UMCPP) has been designated as a Certified Application Counselor (CAC) organization.
Beginning Monday, November 11, specially trained CACs will be available at UMCPP and other Princeton HealthCare System locations for eligible individuals and families who would like help enrolling in benefit plans through the Health Insurance Marketplace.
UMCPP's trained CACs will be available through March 31, 2014, the closing date for open enrollment.
The CACs will assist individuals primarily through the Medical Library at UMCPP, 1 Plainsboro Road, Plainsboro. They also will be available at lectures hosted by Princeton HealthCare System to answer questions and explain the Health Insurance Marketplace.

Walk-ins also will be welcome, on a first-come, first-served basis, when CACs are available at the Medical Library. Before you go, please call 1-888-897-8979 to check the schedule.
When meeting with a counselor, please remember to bring:
- Social Security numbers or document numbers for legal immigrants.
Employer and income information—pay stubs or W-2 forms—for everyone in your household seeking health coverage.
Policy numbers of any current health insurance plans covering members of your household.
