Princeton HealthConnect® Patient Portal Announcement

Jul 9, 2014

We are pleased to announce that our Health Information Exchange (HIE), Princeton HealthConnect® Patient Portal is available. When you enroll in this free portal, you will have the ability to view results for services performed at Princeton Health Care System, electronically in the comfort of your own home.

You will be able to view, download or transmit your most commonly requested health information including lab and radiology results, and result documents such as EKGs, EEGs, summary of your inpatient visit, as well as discharge instructions in a convenient, secure, web-based environment. (Please note this is not your complete medical record. Requests for your complete medical record still need to be forwarded to PHCS Health Information Management department for fulfillment.)

A new feature available is the ability for you to send and receive secure messages with enrolled practices.  Currently, Princeton Medicine offices are participating in secure messaging and other enrolled physician offices will be added over time. You may send a secure message to your Princeton Medicine physician; request an appointment or a prescription refill. You may also request your medical records from Princeton Health Care System or Princeton Medicine using secure messaging.

We are currently accepting patient portal enrollments for adult (minimum of 18 years old) patients at this time.  In the near future, we will also offer an online enrollment feature.

For more information on the enrollment process please contact our Health Information Management Department (HIM) at 609-853-7060 from 7:30 am-3 pm ET or e-mail:  recordrequest@princetonhcs.org.
