PHCS Occupational Health Physicians Certified for DOT Physicals

Jun 5, 2014
Drivers who need a commercial motor vehicle (CMV) license can get their federally mandated physical exams at Princeton HealthCare System (PHCS) Occupational Health locations in Plainsboro and Monroe.

Under a new requirement by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, only physicians who are listed in the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners are eligible to provide the physicals.

All physicians at PHCS Occupational Health have earned the necessary certification.

PHCS offers DOT physicals at two locations:

PHCS Occupational Health—Plainsboro
Medical Arts Pavilion, 5th Floor
5 Plainsboro Road, Suite 570
Plainsboro, NJ 08536
PHCS Occupational Health—Monroe
2 Centre Drive, Suite 400
Monroe Township, NJ 08831

The physicals are often arranged by employers, including municipalities, other public entities and private companies.

Employers may call 609-853-7477 for pricing and to schedule physicals for their drivers.

Drivers who are paying for their own physicals should call 609-853-7474.
