Martha Stewart Shares Secrets to Living the Good Long Life

HAMILTON, N.J.—Martha Stewart, America's most noted lifestyle expert, will discuss her new book Living the Good Long Life: A Practical Guide to Caring for Yourself and Others during a special event June 3 sponsored by Princeton HealthCare System (PHCS) in partnership with Friends' Health Connection.
The event—from 6 to 8:30 p.m. on Monday, June 3—will be held at The Hamilton Manor, 30 Route 156, Hamilton.
PHCS President and CEO Barry S. Rabner will introduce Stewart, who will participate in a moderated conversation about Living the Good Long Life, the definitive handbook on staying well physically and mentally into and beyond middle age. Afterward, Stewart will take questions from the audience.
The moderator for the evening will be Elizabeth Good Christopherson, President and CEO of the Rita Allen Foundation, who previously chaired the New Jersey State Council on the Arts and was the longest-serving and first female Executive Director of the former New Jersey Network.
Living the Good Long Life shares Stewart's expertise on food, exercise, balanced living, home and organizing, based on her personal experiences and advice from the experts on whom she relies, including her nutritionist, trainer, makeup artist and physicians.
