Korean Health Event Set for Saturday, Nov. 14, 2009 at UMCP

Princeton HealthCare System (PHCS) and the Korean Community Center of Greater Princeton (KCCP) will hold a free Korean Health Event on Saturday, Nov. 14, from 3 to 6 p.m. at the University Medical Center at Princeton, 253 Witherspoon Street, Conference Rooms A and B, Princeton.

This event is open to the public and will feature a bilingual panel discussion about the health needs of the Korean community, as well as a complimentary Korean buffet dinner. In addition, attendees will have an opportunity to take part in a question and answer session, and speak directly with physicians.

"This program is a continuation of our culturally sensitive outreach efforts to all members of the Princeton HealthCare System service area," says Alan Axelrod, director of the Community Education and Outreach Program at PHCS.

Panelists at the event are medical professionals and KCCP members. Topics to be discussed include:
