Salt Creek Grille in Princeton Selects Princeton HealthCare System as its Nonprofit Organization to Support in 2008
Apr 1, 2008
Princeton HealthCare System (PHCS) is pleased to announce that the Salt Creek Grille in Princeton has selected PHCS as the nonprofit organization it will support during 2008.
All year long, every time a customer orders the Herb Roasted Chicken, which is on both the lunch and dinner menus, $1 will be donated to support the new University Medical Center at Princeton (UMCP). PHCS plans to break ground in 2008 on the new hospital, which will use technology and innovation in the delivery of healthcare, with a focus on achieving excellent clinical outcomes and the highest levels of patient satisfaction. "This project promises to change the face of healthcare in our region for decades to come," says Barry S. Rabner, President and CEO of PHCS.
"Salt Creek Grille is among a growing list of local businesses and establishments that have joined the campaign effort for the new hospital and we are most grateful for Salt Creek Grille's support and involvement," says Rabner.
"Salt Creek Grille is continually thankful for the support of the greater Princeton community and have committed to giving back by designating a portion of our revenues every year to an organization that truly impacts the residents here," says Hugh Preece, Managing Partner of Salt Creek Grille in Princeton. "PHCS was of course a natural fit. We're thrilled to support the many great programs and services that PHCS provides, and be a part of the development of the amazing new hospital." In addition, Salt Creek Grille will offer a 10 percent discount to all Princeton HealthCare System employees and physicians who show their hospital identification card.
The award-winning Salt Creek Grille, located in the Princeton Forrestal Village, is an upscale yet casual American grille that offers a distinctive dining experience, with its natural mesquite wood grill, simple, fresh dishes and "craftsman" style building. Zagat acclaims Salt Creek Grille for serving the "Best Pork Chop on the Planet," while Bucks Magazine notes that the aroma of "sweet, smoky mesquite and fireside seating" are what draw patrons to the restaurant.
