This specialized training helps babysitters, aged 11-13, to develop the
skills, confidence, compassion and sense of responsibility they need to
keep children out of harm's way while their parents are away. Sitters
learn the essentials, including safe and nurturing childcare techniques
and basic first aid and rescue skills. In addition, the two-day class
covers online safety and behavior management and offers sitters an
opportunity to interact with a guest toddler or preschool-aged child.
Sitters should pack a lunch.
