The hip is normally one of the most stable joints in the body, however, every year thousands of people require hip replacements. If you are one of them, you know how painful the wait is.

On November 14 at 12 p.m., Princeton HealthCare System will host a live Web chat with  W. Thomas Gutowski, MD, FAAOS, board certified in orthopaedic sports medicine and orthopaedic surgery and Chairman of Orthopaedic Surgery at University Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro (UMCPP), and you’re invited. Dr. Gutowski will take your questions and discuss how to know when it is time for a hip replacement, what the replacement entails and information about the services that UMCPP provides. Dr. Gutowski is a member of the Medical Staff of Princeton HealthCare System.
