On August 5 at 12 p.m., Princeton HealthCare System will host a live Web chat with Christopher Blessing, MPT, OCS, CSCS and MS in exercise physiology, and you're invited. Starting a fitness program may be one of the best things you can do for your health. Physical activity can reduce your risk of chronic disease, improve your balance and coordination and help you lose weight. Topics of discussion include the principals and frequencies of stretching, and the benefits of resistance and aerobic training. If you have not been physically active in a long time, don't worry; it's never too late to start. Christopher Blessing will get you motivated and let you know how you can start exercising safely and effectively.
