While heart disease targets both men and women
in the United States, there are important gender
differences when it comes to recognizing symptoms
of heart-related conditions. In this informative
session, Lisa S. Motavalli, MD, board certified in
cardiovascular disease and a member of the Medical
Staff of Princeton HealthCare System, will discuss
the differences between men and women regarding
heart attacks and heart disease, prevention, risk
factors and available treatment options. Free blood
pressure screenings will be available from 6 - 7 p.m.
