Questions and Complaints

  • To present comments, questions, concerns or grievances to a designated hospital staff member and to receive a response in a reasonable period of time. As a patient of Princeton HealthCare System, you may contact the Patient Representative at 609.853.7490 or send an email to patientadvocate@princetonhcs.org. You may also contact a member of the Princeton HealthCare System Administration or call the Patient Safety Hotline at 1.877.768.7389.

  • You may file a complaint with the NJ Department of Health and Senior Services by phone by calling the Complaint Hotline at 1.800.792.9770 or you can mail a complaint to the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services, Division of Health Facilities Evaluation and Licensing, PO Box 367, Trenton, NJ 08625-0367.

  • If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, you are encouraged to contact the Joint Commission Office of Quality Monitoring at 1.800.994.6610 or send an email to complaint@jointcommission.org.
