Top-Rated Pediatric Care at the Top-Rated UMCPP
Since July 2009, physicians and other health professionals from CHOP have been providing services for children at UMCPP as part of CHOP Pediatric Care at UMCPP (Pediatric Unit) and CHOP Newborn Care at UMCPP (Neonatal Intermediate Care Unit). This partnership combines the skills of two top-rated facilities:

This trusted source of information for families also awarded CHOP top rankings in specialties including cancer, emergency medicine and cardiac care.
- In addition, CHOP shares the No. 1 spot on U.S.News & World Report’s 2013-2014 Honor Roll of the Nation’s Best Children’s Hospitals, and was the only hospital in the region named to this prestigious list. CHOP also ranked in the top four for all 10 specialties surveyed by U.S. News & World Report.
- University Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro was again recognized by The Joint Commission in 2013 as a Top Performer on Key Quality Measures--one of only 182 hospitals in the United States to earn this designation three years in a row.
