Our Inpatient Program provides around-the-clock care from an expert, compassionate team of professionals that includes:
- Board certified psychiatrists
- Registered nurses
- Licensed psychotherapists, including psychologists, social workers and professional counselors
- Registered dietitians
- Consulting physician, who are board certified in gastroenterology, endocrinology, cardiology, gynecology and other specialty areas
- Certified teachers
From the time of each patient’s admission, members of the treatment team assess the patient’s needs and work to establish physical, medical, behavioral, nutritional and emotional goals.
A structured, daily program helps to reinforce these goals and provides dedicated time for therapy, meals and menu planning, nutrition, leisure, snacks and stress-reducing activities such as yoga. Individuals enrolled in our Inpatient Program meet every weekday with a doctoral or master’s level therapist and a board certified psychiatrist. Also, daily group psychotherapy provides patients with an opportunity to learn from others who are experiencing similar concerns; and family involvement in therapy, including a multifamily group for inpatients each Saturday, helps loved ones to better understand and support the recovery process.
Upon completion of the program, a plan is established to identify the support and resources necessary to facilitate a successful transition to home. More information about our program may be found by clicking on the links below.
