This track is for women who have difficulty processing emotions, and who tend to respond to their emotions with self-harmful behaviors, including suicidal tendencies, and relapse into substance abuse. Program goals include:

  • Teaching skills that help women regulate their emotions through:
    • Building a life worth living
    • Mindfulness
    • Distress tolerance
    • Interpersonal effectiveness
    • Skills coaching
    • Reducing self-harming and life-threatening behaviors.
