Mr. Rabner has more than 30 years of experience in hospital and healthcare administration. Before joining Princeton HealthCare System, he served as Acting President and Chief Executive Officer of Main Line Health, Inc. (MLH), a not-for-profit corporation comprising three acute care hospitals, an acute rehabilitation hospital, a long-term care facility, ambulatory care satellites and a research institute in the Philadelphia area. Under his leadership, Main Line Health achieved three-year accreditation from the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. In addition, he developed the MLH system-wide Heart Failure and Transplant program’s business plan and directed its implementation.

Milind Khare, Director, Planning & Business Development, is responsible for financial, strategic and facilities planning initiatives, real estate development and diverse capital projects for Princeton HealthCare System (PHCS). Mr. Khare joined PHCS in 2003 and served for eight years as the designated project liaison for University Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro (UMCPP) and the surrounding 171-acre Princeton Health Campus. He coordinated all aspects of the project, including business case development, the state Certificate Of Need application, site selection, consulting team selection, real estate negotiations, facility and campus master planning, architectural and interior design, project management through all phases of site development and construction, furniture and equipment procurement, and transition and relocation planning.

She began her career at University Medical Center at Princeton in 2001 as a surgical unit RN and progressed through a series of positions of increasing responsibility, including nurse manager of a medical-surgical unit and the float pool of RNs, Administrative Coordinator of Nursing, and Manager of Nursing Resources, until she became Director of Nursing in 2010.
