The Website contains registration forms that allow visitors to sign up for Princeton HealthCare System's health notices, events, email distribution lists, etc. These various registration forms may require visitors to provide Princeton HealthCare System with contact information including, but not limited to, name, address and e-mail address. Certain other information, such as demographic information and responses to market surveys, may also be collected by us. In addition, when making a charitable gift to Princeton HealthCare System Foundation, we will collect financial information, such as credit card account information and authorization.
