Physician Involvement

The participation of active and retired physicians is essential to the success of Design for Healing.

One of the ways in which physicians can support the new hospital is through membership on the Physicians' Development Committee. The committee, co-chaired by board certified oncologist Peter Yi, MD, FACP, and Donald Denny, MD, board certified in radiology, diagnostic radiology and vascular/interventional radiology, encourages physicians' support as donors of the Princeton HealthCare System Foundation for The Campaign for a New University Medical Center of Princeton, as well as for ongoing support of the foundation's Annual Fund.

Through the generosity of David and Patricia Atkinson, gifts from physicians to the Capital Campaign will be matched 1:1 and will qualify physicians for a naming opportunity within the new hospital that is double the amount of their initial gift. Gifts to the Capital Campaign may be made over a five-year period.
