Aqua

Aqua Pilates

Fitness Center- Pools Enjoy the benefits of Pilates while immersed in the soothing water of the warm therapy pool.

Aqua Tone

Use noodles, weights, gloves, boards and your own resistance to burn fat and define muscles while in the warm water pool. Ideal for the recovering athlete or individuals of all abilities.

Aqua Dynamics

Start off with approximately 30 minutes of cardio work in the cool water pool and finish with some good toning in the warm water pool.

Intensive Cardio

Intense deep water training encouraging the use of heart rate monitors finishing the last 10 - 15 minutes in the warm water with deep stretching and relaxation.

Gentle Aqua

Toning and light cardio at your own pace. This activity is soothing on the joints...

Cardio Mix

A mix of high and low cardio moves done in the deep water. Suitable for beginners and intermediate.

Cardio Cross

A higher interval level. Kick, run and tone in the deep water pool.

Master Swim

Swimming workout for all levels/should feel comfortable swimming 8 laps. Learn to include all 4 levels of competitive strokes in your swimming. Must be able to swim.
