Continuum of Care for Older Adults

People face a multitude of personal and health-related issues as they age, which sometimes result in depression or other changes in emotional state. Princeton House Behavioral Health offers a variety of programs tailored to the needs of older adults.

Inpatient Geriatric Psychiatry Services

ph older Our specialized program for older adults provides state-of-the-art care in a supportive environment when depression, anxiety, addiction or other behavioral disturbances diminish quality of life. Treatment is provided by a team of board certified geropsychiatrists, nurses and mental health specialists who are dedicated to helping each and every patient.

Senior Link: Partial Hospital Program

Princeton, North Brunswick & Cherry Hill

Senior Link, a structured therapeutic program, is available five days a week, six hours a day, and is designed to meet each patient's individual needs. Senior Link participants are able to attain relief from debilitating symptoms and improve their ability to function and enjoy life. This very unique program has proven to be an effective alternative to, or "step down" from, inpatient treatment.

Traditional Outpatient Services

Princeton & North Brunswick

Under the supervision of a master's level therapist, participants in our weekly outpatient group therapy program learn how to manage emotional or situational difficulties while experiencing the support of their peers. Group members are encouraged to explore options and find solutions to problems that challenge their emotional and personal well-being. Consultations with a board certified psychiatrist are available at all locations.
