From Rt. 1 South, take the exit for Rt. 526/Rt. 571/Princeton-Hightstown Road/Washington Road and follow the signs for Rt. 526/Rt. 571 East toward Hightstown. You will cross over Rt. 1, heading toward the Princeton Junction train station. Follow Rt. 271/Princeton-Hightstown Road for 5.7 miles to the intersection of Old Trenton Road; at the traffic light, make a left. The third building on the right is 300 East Windsor Medical Commons. University Medical Center at Princeton Breast Health Center is located on the ground floor of building B.

From Rt. 1 North, make a right onto Route 571/Princeton-Hightstown Road and follow the directions above.

From Rt. 130 South, make a right onto Route 571/Princeton-Hightstown Road and, at the fifth traffic light, make a right onto Old Trenton Road. The third building on the right is 300 East Windsor Medical Commons. University Medical Center at Princeton Breast Health Center is located on the ground floor of building B.

From Rt. 130 North, make a left onto Route 571/Princeton-Hightstown Road and follow the directions directly above.
